As we begin our third year of operation, the Hill PHOENIX Learning Center continues to make strives in providing innovative training to our customers and associates. Having delivered state-of-the-art training to nearly 800 participants over the past year, we are pleased that the investments we have made in people, materials, and facilities at the Learning Center have more than exceeded expectations.

We continue to believe that by educating Hill PHOENIX associates, we invest in the future of the company and continue to refine and improve our products and processes. By educating our customers and installers, we continue to raise their level of knowledge on how to select, install and service our products. Our primary goal remains to help our customers operate more profitably while at the same time exceeding the needs of their own customers.

As successful as our two dedicated state-of-the-art facilities have been, customers are not always able to take advantage of them. In those cases we continue to bring our training to where it is needed. Depending on which courses interest you most, we can often conduct training on-site at your location! This is just one more example of the trademark flexibility that Hill PHOENIX is known for.
