Hill PHOENIX Learning Center courses have been in high demand as customers throughout the industry request more and more classes. The Learning Center has delivered training at customer sites from Florida to California and locations in between. The Learning Center dedicated sites in Virginia and Georgia continue to offer regularly scheduled courses.
Because of the continually growing demand, the Learning Center has begun expanding its course offerings to alternative formats that include Regional Programs and Web-Based training sessions. New courses are under development for these formats as well as plans for many current courses to be adapted. These new approaches mean more opportunities for customers and contractors to take advantage of training they need but that may not have been convenient before.
The new Regional Programs allow participants to choose from an entire week’s worth of instructor-led classroom training at a single location. The first program of this kind, conducted earlier this year in Southern California, offered a combination of both product knowledge courses and technical systems installation classes. Over 100 participants took advantage of the opportunity to get a lot of training in at one time in one place.
Also new this year, the Learning Center kicked off its Web-Based training with a new product knowledge course that focused on one of the Refrigerated Systems Division’s new product offerings, Second Nature Low Temperature CO2 (SNLT2). More Web-Based courses are in the works.
