Low-Temperature CO2 Second Nature Secondary Systems Installation, Start-up, Troubleshooting and Maintenance
This course covers the Hillphoenix Second Nature Low Temperature CO2 secondary system installation, start-up, maintenance and troubleshooting. Participants become familiar with SNLT2 systems and how they operate. CO2 properties and handling procedures are discussed along with reading and interpreting specifications and the materials needed for installations. Piping guidelines and other CO2 installation concerns are described. The steps for charging the system and the controls strategy for them are also discussed.
The material covered in this course is at an intermediate level. An understanding of basic refrigeration principles or successful completion of the following Hillphoenix Learning Center Systems courses: Basic Refrigeration, Systems Basic Product Knowledge, Systems Secondary Product Information and Refrigeration Legends and Design Considerations is recommended.
