1. How do I login as an existing user?

Go to the Home Page. Here you will find Start Now and the button to the right allows you to Log In with your existing information. Enter your User Name and Password and click on the Log In button. Forgot Your Password? You can also click "Forgot Password" and a new password will be sent to the e-mail address that you entered in your profile when you registered.

2. How do I register as a new user?

Go to the Home Page. Here you will find the Register button to the right of Don't Have One? Create One Now. You will be taken to the Registration page, where you can create your User Name and Password and the necessary contact information (all information needs to be filled in). Once all your information is entered, click REGISTER. You will then get a message stating that your registration has been completed successfully and a verification e-mail with be sent to the address you provided which will give you instructions on how to proceed.

3. Why do I need to register?

The Learning Center has numerous programs available, some of which may not be applicable to your area of interest. By registering and signing in, we can display those courses and information that most closely meets your needs so you don't have to waste time browsing areas that you do not need information in.


Also, by registering, when we introduce new programs or updates to existing programs, you will be notified automatically.


4. Does the Learning Center offer COntinuing Education Credits, Certifications or anything of that nature?

Yes, but it varies by course. All Hillphoenix courses include certificate of completion once a participant has passed the final test. SOme of our third party training partners also provide CEU's and certificates. The course description for each course indicates what type of credit is provided withthe course.


5. Can I schedule a Custom Program at my facility from the website?

Yes, and we have made it easier to do so on our website! To register for a Custom Program, go to the Programs/Webinars tab, then Custom Programs. We set up our Custom Programs based on the individual needs of our customers. You can create your custom program based on the courses we provide and develop a one- or two-day training program for your group. Or, create your own own unique program built on pieces of our existing our course curriculum, custom-built and truly unique!


6. If I need assistance, can I contact a Learning Center representative?

7. If I sign-up for an online course, how long do I have to complete the course?

You will have up to 30 days to complete and online course.
