This course provides an overview of the entire range of refrigerated display cases produced by Hillphoenix. A detailed look at the design, manufacture, and application of each product line is included along with their features and benefits as well as case reference materials and other available resources.
An understanding of basic refrigeration principles, or successful completion of Hillphoenix Learning Center Systems course covering basic refrigeration principles is recommended.
